I CAN'T ADD (MORE) ITEMS TO SHOPPING CART

Lately a few customers using the Internet Explorer web browser have had problems ordering. Items won't go into the shopping cart or won't stay in the cart. Usually there is also an error message about "cookies". I suspect that a recent Windows update changed the settings in the browser.

To solve the problem, do like this:

In the menu at the top of your browser click Tools -> Internet Options. Go to the PRIVACY tab and move the slider all the way down to "Accept All Cookies". You can change it back after ordering, if you want. If this doesn't help,please let me know.

What are cookies? They are little messages sent from a website to your browser that are stored in small text files on your computer, so that the site remembers you. Most message boards use it, so that you don't have to login each time you go there. Shopping carts use it too, so that the cart remembers what you have put in it, until you checkout.

WHAT IS THERE TO CONSIDER BEFORE ORDERING?

It is important that you read the rules carefully before ordering anything.

Currently all graphics come in zip format and are to be downloaded via internet, so please make sure that you can open such files. (See this page for more info.)

HOW DO I ORDER VIA EMETRIX?

Orders are processed quickly and securely by eMetrix, and download links will be emailed to you, unless you order a CD. Transactions are secure (the padlock on your browser should be closed when you enter your personal info) and you can choose to pay with credit/debit card, check or money order.

'BUY NOW'/'PURCHASE NOW'
ORDER ONE ITEM QUICK AND EASY

The quickest way to order is clicking on the 'Buy now' hedgehog buttons (at some pages: 'Purchase now' text links). It'll take you to the eMetrix website, where you choose delivery method (when there's more than one option) and click on 'Next'.

Enter your personal information and click the 'Purchase' button.

The order will be processed more or less instantly, and download links will be sent to you via email. If you purchased a CD, you should receive it within a couple of weeks.

ORDER MORE THAN ONE ITEM

If you want to add other things to your order, choose 'Add to cart' instead of 'Buy now'/'Purchase now'. Write '1' (or the desired amount) in the box next to the listed item, then click on 'Update Cart'. To add more items, just return to my site and repeat the process.

When you are finished, if you don't see the cart, click 'View (Emetrix Shopping) Cart'. Once there, click on 'Checkout' to complete the order.

From here it works the same as above. Start reading at 'Enter your personal information...'.

HOW DO I ORDER VIA PAYPAL?

Using PayPal is easy and secure. If you don't have an account with them you will need to use your credit card, just like with any other online payment. However, during the order process you can choose to set up an account with PayPal. It's really quick and easy and afterwards you can order from any site accepting PayPal payments without having to fill in your personal info or give them your credit card number. You can also choose to transfer money to the account beforehand and use those funds to pay.

Clicking on the 'Buy now via PayPal' links on my order pages will take you to their website. If you want to add more items, just click on the 'Continue shopping' button in the cart and repeat the process.

When you are finished, if you don't see the cart, click 'View PayPal Cart' next to any of the purchaseware items. Once there, click on 'Checkout' to complete the order.

The order will be processed more or less instantly and a download link will be emailed to you automatically. (If you don't receive it, have a look in your Junk folder, because they sometimes end up in there.) If you purchased a CD, you should receive it within a couple of weeks.

DOES YOUR GRAPHICS WORK ON A MAC/IMAC?

GRAPHICS FOR DOWNLOAD: There usually are no problems for Mac/iMac users to order and use my graphics, but if you want to make sure, you can download and open this zip file.

GRAPHICS ON A CD: If you have MAC OS8 or above, a CD shouldn't cause you any problems. I have tried it myself on MAC OS9 and it worked just fine. :-) If you have an older OS, I recommend that you if possible borrow a CD from someone using PC and try it before you order.
